Qcells Receives $1.45 Billion Loan for Georgia Plant

Hanwha Qcells has received a conditional commitment from the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) for a $1.45 billion loan for its vertically integrated photovoltaic (PV) manufacturing facility in Cartersville, Georgia.
